FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, namely during construction of sunk wells of different sizes and configuration in space-limited environment and under conditions of the existing urban development for the construction of embedded foundations of arbitrary shape. Method for construction of embedded foundation of high-rise building in space-limited conditions by sunk well method, comprising successive development of soil and lowering of embedded foundation with fixation of the position on the support devices, characterised by the fact that embedding of foundation of arbitrary shape in plan is carried out by sequential excavation of soil for trench from the inner side of the foundation with subsequent laying of beams on the soil, installation of sand jacks with retaining device on the laid beams, on which the brackets rest, once fixed to the mortgage details, located on the inner side of the foundation wall, and subsequent simultaneous emptying of sand jacks, which leads to the uniform embedding of foundation by step of soil development.

EFFECT: carrying out constant and continuous control of foundation immersion into the soil, provision of vertical and uniform immersion of the structure, exclude distortions and jamming during immersion, decrease of friction force during immersion, minimisation of impact on the surrounding building system, thus avoiding deformation of soil and existing buildings; reduction of material consumption and labour coefficient during performance of works.
