FIELD: underground structures.
SUBSTANCE: method for constructing an underground structure includes formation of two rows of enclosing elements in the ground between the structure under construction and the existing one. Before excavating the foundation pit, the first row of enclosing elements is installed using a drilling rig along its perimeter in the form of a wall of secant piles to a depth not less than the depth of the structure being erected, then, using a vibratory driver, the second row of enclosing elements is installed in the form of a sheet piling, consisting of a sheet pile profile, at a distance of 3 to 10 m from the first row of enclosing elements, to a depth equal to the depth of the first row of enclosing elements. The diameter of the secant piles, the size of the sheet pile profile, and the distance between them are determined by calculation to ensure the necessary rigidity of the enclosing structure and to reduce the impact of construction on the surrounding buildings. Then, all the heads of the secant piles are bound together with a steel belt at the top and connected to sheet piling at the top using steel rolled profiles. Further development of the soil is carried out in tiers along the height of the pit with installation of buntons, if necessary. Then a structure is erected in the created pit. After completion of construction, the second row of enclosing elements and the rolled steel profiles are removed for reuse.
EFFECT: improved the quality of construction by limiting soil migration from under the foundations of existing buildings during construction in constrained urban environments, by reducing settlement of the adjacent structures, increasing bending resistance and displacement resistance of the enclosing elements towards the created pit.
