FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and can be applied for the determination and correction of a functional condition of a patient with hypertension disease. Evaluation of the condition of the patient with hypertension disease is carried out by the degree of difference of indexes of the current condition from individual indexes. The individual indexes determine the patient's condition as good. As the condition indexes the value of the vegetative index (VI) is applied. For each patient limit values of the good condition range VImin and VImax are given. As energetic stimulants applied are light pulses and binaural influence, f frequency of which is set in accordance to a definite expression. A device for correcting the functional condition of the patient with hypertension disease is applied. The device contains the central control unit, to which a memory unit, a unit of stimuli formation and an analysis unit are connected. The unit of stimuli formation is connected with a stimulation unit, the analysis unit outlet is connected to the central control unit. A unit for reading and processing of an electrocardiosignal, a unit for the determination of a cardiac contraction frequency, a unit for the determination of a diastolic pressure value, a unit for the determination of a vegetative index are additionally introduced. The inlet of the unit for reading and processing of the electrocardiosignal is connected with the inlet of the unit for the determination of the cardiac contraction frequency. Outlets of the unit for the determination of a diastolic pressure value and the unit for the determination of the cardiac contraction frequency are connected to inlets of the unit for the determination of the vegetative index, the outlet of which is connected to the analysis unit.

EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to increase the efficiency of determination and correction of the condition of the patient with hypertension disease, carry out necessary treatment rapidly due to methods for the determination of the condition of the patient with hypertension disease, with the application of VI values as the index of condition, influence of light stimuli and binaural influence.
