FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to functional diagnostics, and can be used to assess the effectiveness of treatment of diseases of the cardiovascular system. Patient's electrocardiogram and bioimpedance are obtained. Determine the values of indicators of heart rate variability and water balance. For each indicator determine weight coefficient of its significance for assessing the patient's condition. Compare the obtained values of indicators with the corresponding boundary values of the individual norm. For all values of heart rate variability indicators that go beyond the boundary values, the value equal to the sum of products of the corresponding weight coefficients per square of the difference between the values of the indicators and the values of the norm is determined. For all values of water balance indicators that exceed the boundary values, the value equal to the sum of the products of the value of the corresponding weight coefficient per square of the difference between the values of the indicators and the values of the norm is determined. Based on a number of rules, a conclusion is made about the effectiveness of treatment. Device for evaluating the effectiveness of treatment of diseases of the cardiovascular system includes electrocardiographic signal obtaining and processing unit, an analysis unit, a central control unit, a memory unit, unit for determining heart rate variability indices, a unit for determining the distance of values of heart rate variability indices to the norm, bioimpedance obtaining unit, a block for determining water balance indicators, a block for determining the distance of the values of water balance indicators to the norm.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides increase in effectiveness of evaluation and prediction of the outcome of treatment of diseases of the cardiovascular system due to a comprehensive assessment of the patient's condition.
