SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for motion of light wheeled vehicles (1) in dedicated lanes (2) laid in one direction on pavement and on several inclined skyways (3, 4) at variable elevations and inclinations not over 5%. to allow shifts between section of dedicated lanes (2) of skyways (3) and (4) at low and light marks lifters (5) and (7) are arranged to lift light wheeled vehicles (1) to high marks (3, 4) with the help of cabins (9) and (10) in guides (11) and (12). At low mark of every skyway exits (6) to street ways are made while approaches (8) are arranged to said lifters (7).

EFFECT: power savings, adapted light wheeled vehicles to regular operation as municipal transport means.
