FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of transport, in particular to automated transport and logistics communication systems for the transport of goods and passengers. The transport and logistics communication system includes a control and monitoring unit for multifunctional robotic vehicles, a power supply unit for supplying power to them and a system for tracking their location, multifunctional robotic vehicles containing a body, a control unit and a communication system, a location device, an electric motor, rail wheels connected to an electric motor, current collectors, a brake system, an underground transport system containing rails for moving multifunctional robotic vehicles and for supplying power to them, ground and elevated transport systems, while the transport systems are connected by a vertical lift module. Multifunctional robotic vehicles contain wheels with tires or caterpillar propellers for moving outside tunnels and a battery, and their body is designed to accommodate a platform with at least one manipulator or a cargo container or seats for passengers and manual controls of a multifunctional robotic vehicle.
EFFECT: optimization of the urban, intercity and interregional transport system is achieved, the efficiency of its functioning increases, as well as the degree of automation at all stages of the life cycle of the system.
