FIELD: transportation.

SUBSTANCE: fly-over network for passenger vehicle/non-vehicle displacement of citizens includes a set of highways and junctions for the traffic of vehicles comprising moving traffic lanes for wheeled vehicles, pedestrian paths. The fly-overs have a contact network consisting of current-carrying and current-conducting contact conductors placed in non-conductive materials and located at the top at a gutter height safe for a human. The electric vehicle for the fly-over network is equipped with apparatus, devices and units for controlling, monitoring traffic and conditions, providing comfort, convenience, safety devices for a driver and passengers, has three or more wheels and a front-wheel and/or a rear-wheel drive. The electric vehicle is equipped with electric motors receiving power from the current leads of the contact fly-over network by means of a contact assembly which allows the electric vehicle to outmarch the other electric vehicle on the same traffic line, which is ensured by the presence of contact assemblies with reliably isolated current collectors pushed up to a height which does not allow passengers to reach them. At least one current-carrying ring is mounted at the contact assembly, which has protective guiding rails made of non-conductive material, retainer guide wheels can be fixed providing a strictly defined mutual arrangement of contacts and conductors. The terminal parts of the contact assembly are made on the principle of sliding or rolling contact along the fly-over conductor and can be made removable.

EFFECT: efficiency of the transport network is improved.
