SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the conservative treatment of exacerbations of chronic inflammatory diseases of the uterus and annexes (ECIDUA) as a prognostic index of the effectiveness of a standard conservative therapy. A severity of clinical symptoms is evaluated in accordance with the procedure. Before the standard conservative therapy has been started, a libido disorder index (X) is determined by an X libido disorder subscale on the basis of the Russian version of the Beck's depression inventory, and the symptoms of exacerbations of the chronic inflammatory diseases of the uterus and annexes (SECIDUA) are appraised according to the inventory, in points. Once the two-week course of the standard conservative therapy is completed, the index Δ in calculated in points by formula: Δ=1.654×X+5.475. The libido metric prediction of the clinical effectiveness of the standard conservative treatment of ECIDUA is enabled on the basis of a comparison result of the index Δ to the reference taken from the SECIDUA scale before the conservative therapy.

EFFECT: method enables separating a risk group of the patients with an inadequate response to the standard conservative therapy of ECIDUA by appraising the symptoms of exacerbation and depression.
