FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to eliminate wastes and sludge formed during waste water treatment. The method includes acidic oxidative hydrolysis of incoming wastes at pH 0.1-5.0 at temperature of 35-100°C by feeding into the mass molecular oxygen and/or an organic or inorganic peroxide oxidising agent (load); alkaline oxidative hydrolysis of the obtained mass after acidic oxidative hydrolysis at pH 8.0-12.0 and at temperature of 40-100°C by feeding molecular oxygen and/or an organic or inorganic peroxide oxidising agent; chemical conditioning of the mass from alkaline oxidative hydrolysis by adding an acidic reagent. The preferred conditions of carrying out the method include a preliminary step of mechanically grinding the incoming wastes and after the alkaline oxidative hydrolysis step, performing a step of separating the insoluble residue and drying the residue.

EFFECT: method improves the efficiency of reducing the mass of wastes, complete elimination of environmental, hygienic and sanitary problems, high value of agronomic use of any spent residue which may be obtained after treatment.
