FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: pipe outer surface is, first, degreased, to subjected to drying and shot blasting. Then, said pipe is subjected induction heating to at least 200°C and 60-150 mcm deep ply of powder primer based on epoxy composition is applied on pipe outer surface. Then, fused glue composition is applied by spiral overlap winding by extruding it through extruder flat die to get 150-250 mcm deep tape while heated polyethylene tape is applied by spiral overlap winding over glue composition to obtain total depth of three-ply coating of 2.5-3.5 mm. Produced three-ply coating is rolled at pressure to pipe surface with silicon lubricant applied thereon to perform slow jet cooling of pipe to temperature not higher 60°C.
EFFECT: lamination resistance in aggressive medium, high adhesive strength, reliable antirust protection.
