FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to systems and methods of purification and restoration of potash. The method of purification crude potash obtained from any source by controlled burning of agricultural wastes, comprises the steps when the crude potash is unloaded in warm aqueous solution in the leaching zone, the slurry of the potash liquor is passed through at least one zone of thickeners for receiving the thickened potash liquor, the thickened potash liquor is partially evaporated in the evaporation zone to obtain the concentrated thickened potash liquor, the concentrated thickened potash liquor is passed through the adsorption zone to obtain the purified concentrated thickened potash liquor, the purified concentrated thickened potash liquor is passed through the zone of the first filter to obtain the concentrated potash liquor, the concentrated potash liquor is carbonated in the carbonisation zone for conversion of potash into potassium bicarbonate, potassium bicarbonate is crystallised, the crystals of potassium bicarbonate are separated from the mother liquor in the area of the second filter and potassium carbonate is regenerated from the potassium bicarbonate in the heating zone for obtaining potash with a purity of about 99%. The interconnected system for purification of crude potash.
EFFECT: inventions enable to obtain pure potash, which does not contain sodium, chlorides and heavy metals.
