SUBSTANCE: proposed cylinder serves to displace working tool from one position to another one. Cylinder piston rod 3 is provided with at least two buffer bushes 4, 11 displacing axially along said rod 3. Axial oil restrictor channels 301a, 301b are made between bushes 3, 4 and piston 6. First bush 4 is furnished with sealing end surface 401 while end cover 1 of rod end is provided with sealing end surface 101. First bush sealing end surface 401 contacts sealing surface 101 of rod end cover to make a seal. Hydraulic oil of rod end is released from one axial restrictor channel 301a to channel B. Second bush 11 is provided with sealing end surface 111 while piston end cover 12 is provided with sealing end surface 121. Second bush sealing end surface 111 contacts sealing surface 121 of piston end cover to make a seal. Hydraulic oil is released from piston end via another channel 301b to another channel A. This application covers also the hydraulic buffer system, digger and autoconcrete pump exploiting said hydraulic oil cylinder.
