FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: cylinder contains buffer insert, surface sealing the blind side, and at least one throttle channel for oil. The buffer insert is located on the additional section of the piston rod at the blind side, and is made with possibility of movement in axial direction along the additional section of the piston rod. The surface sealing the blind side is located in the cavity of the oil cylinder between the oil hole at the blind side, and end surface of the piston located at the blind side, during retraction of the piston rod, and ensures lock of the buffer inserts and resting against the first end face of the buffer insert to form the sealing surface by such way. The hydraulic oil at the side of the sealing surface nearest to the piston can flow to the oil hole at the blind side though the throttle channel for oil, when the piston moves from the position where the first surface of the buffer insert rest against the sealing blind side of the surface, and so the sealing surface is formed, to the position where the piston is retracted to finish the process of the piston rod retraction. The hydraulic buffer system, excavator and truck-mounted concrete pump containing the above described hydraulic oil cylinder are described.
EFFECT: simple machining of the buffer structure, and high efficiency.
