FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: cylinder contains a buffer insert, located in the buffer area of the piston rod, and made with possibility of movement by sliding in axial direction along the said piston rod. In the cylinder cavity between the oil hole in the rod cavity and final position of the piston end surface, located in the rod cavity, during the piston movement in the direction from the cylinder the end face sealing the rod cavity is located, the end face is made with possibility to lock the buffer insert and contact with left end face of the buffer insert to form the sealing surface. At least one throttle valve for oil is located between the buffer insert and piston rod. During the piston movement in the direction from the cylinder from the time moment when the first end face of the buffer insert enters in contact with the rod cavity sealing end face and forms with said surface the sealing surface, to the tome moment when the piston achieves the final position during its movement in direction from the cylinder, the hydraulic oil at the side of the sealing surface nearest to the piston can exit through the hole for oil in the rod cavity through the throttling channel for oil. The hydraulic oil cylinder can be used in the hydraulic buffer system, excavator and truck-mounted concrete pump.
EFFECT: easy manufacturing of the buffer design and well buffer effect.
