SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and mobile communication systems. Disclosed is a method of identifying an operator of a transmitting radio station, as well as a personal mobile real-time digital broadcast audio, video and text communication device - radio station. A portable radio station with a processor, memory, a colour touch screen, a camera, a GLONASS/GPS receiver, a microSD card reader, one or more radio modules, which enables to transmit, record and repeatedly playback video, audio and text information with association of radio communication with the map of an area. Radio communication is protected from interception by encrypting all the transmitted and stored information using an algorithm with a symmetrical key. A transmitting radio station is identified by the digital electronic signature of transmitted packets and verifying said signature at receiving radio stations. Exchange of public keys for verification of the signatures is carried out by radio stations in broadcast mode in X.509 certificates signed by an authorisation centre.
EFFECT: more secure radio communication.
