FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: high-speed switched reluctance motor with concentric windings of the stator contains the stator with eight poles and the rotor with two poles. The rotor is fitted with four claw-like ledges. The stator is fitted with two-phase concentric winding. Windings of each of two phases enclose at the same time three poles and one stator pole placed in the middle of the three poles. The motor is controlled by two-phase sinusoidal current.
EFFECT: reduced number of motor leads, minimizing of losses in motor and inverter.
