FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: medical control device (10) portable by the patient comprises a multichannel electrical connector (18) for coupling a lead kit (22) to a control unit (16) and wireless transmission of patient's physiological values to a receiver unit for remote control. The connector comprises first and second elements (40, 42) mounted on the control unit or the lead kit. The first connector element comprises the number of rigid contact pins (44) arranged between the number of ribs (50). The second connector element comprises a compressible base carrying flexible conductive pads (46), which are bent independently from each other. The contact pins of the first connector element are electrically connected with the flexible conductive pads of the second connector element.
EFFECT: reducing structural limitations of the connector while attempting to comply with the safety requirements.
