FIELD: instrumentation.
SUBSTANCE: device for measurement of range of horizontal jumps in track and field athletics consists of two laser devices one of which is installed on the carriage with reflector moving on a bed along a sandpit, and another one is a range finder which is located near the bar for pushing away and sending a laser beam to the reflecting plate located on the carriage.
EFFECT: improvement of accuracy of measurement of range in horizontal jumps.
