FIELD: laser engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to laser locators and can be used in forensic ballistics to determine the direction of a direct bullet shot. Device for determining the direction of a direct bullet shot consists of a guide provided with a conical insert and made, for example, in the form of a rigid knitting needle, on which a focusing system is fixed connected by means of a light guide to a source of laser radiation, with the optical axis of the focusing system coaxial with the guide. Photodetector is attached to the guide, the output of which is connected to the input of the measuring unit, the control output of which is connected to the source of laser radiation.
EFFECT: technical result consists in providing the possibility of expanding the functionality of the device.
