FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: with local anaesthesia, two incisions are made from an apex of a jaw ridge bone to a base, extended 2 mm towards a transitory fold at an angle of 80 degrees in a lateral area or 100 degrees in an anterior area to a line connecting recipient defect edges along the jaw ridge bone. The first and second incisions are of the same length. That is followed by forming a mucoperiosteal flap with two feeding bases: at the apex and base of the jaw ridge bone by separating the mucoperiosteal flap from the first to second incisions. Bone blocks or plates are taken from a retromolar pad. The autograft is adjusted and levelled up to the recipient area. The bone blocks or plates are fixed by means of titanium mini screws. The wound is closed. If there is no need to make the second vertical incision, one incision is made from the apex of the jaw ridge bone to the base, extended 2 mm towards the transitory fold at an angle of 80 degrees in the lateral area or 100 degrees in the anterior area to the line connecting the recipient defect edges along the jaw ridge bone. An imaginary line being as long as the incision is detected. The mucoperiosteal flap is formed by separating the mucoperiosteal flap from the incision to the imaginary line. The bone blocks or plates are taken from the retromolar pad. The bone blocks or plates are inserted into a tunnel. The mucoperiosteal flap is pricked to fix the distal portion of the bone blocks or plates with the mini screw. The wound is closed.
EFFECT: inventions enable improving the quality of treatment in the patients suffering bone atrophy and partial adentia in any segment of the upper and lower jaws, reducing the number of postoperative complications.
