FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to oil sludge thermochemical treatment method for mixtures with solid fuel that includes receipt of semicoke or oil coke at temperature of 450-600°C. Semicoke or oil coke are mixed with oil sludge directly in the reactor for thermal cracking, oil sludge is supplied to the above reactor at temperature of 60-80°C and mixed with semicoke or oil coke in ratio from 1:1 up to 1:3 with formation of bulk granulated product with temperature of 120-180°C, which is heated up to temperature of 500°C and further thermal cracking is performed. At that a part of coke with gaseous products of thermal cracking are sent for disposal by burning in a fluidized bed combustor in order to receive furnace gas for heating of the reactor for thermal cracking, vapour-gas mixture from the reactor for thermal cracking is sent to condenser to receive liquid products.
EFFECT: increasing the yield of liquid products.
