FIELD: power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of power engineering associated with agriculture and public utilities, in particular, to a method for producing synthesis gas with a low resin content from such types of biowaste as solid household waste, manure, droppings, wood waste, sunflower husk, panicum, rice, etc. The invention pertains to a method for producing synthesis gas, consisting in producing semi-coke and a gas mixture containing, among other things, hydrogen and carbon monoxide. Torrefication of the biowaste is executed using the flue gases from the pyrolysis area with a temperature of 500 to 600°C, resulting in semi-coke and a gas mixture, followed by separating the semi-coke from the resulting gas mixture, directed to the semi-coke pyrolysis reactor heated with hot flue gases with a temperature of 850 to 1000°C after using the flue gases for heating the thermal cracking reactor, resulting in coke and gaseous pyrolysis products, part of the resulting coke is supplied for combustion of coke with generation of flue gases and supply thereof to the thermal cracking reactor, the other part of the coke is used as a carbon material in the thermal cracking reactor, heated by flue gases with a temperature of 1,100 to 1,200°C, wherein the gaseous pyrolysis products are passed through a layer of the carbon material with transformation of the gaseous pyrolysis products into synthesis gas.

EFFECT: increased output of synthesis gas and increased power efficiency of the process of production of synthesis gas.
