FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of environmental technologies and processing of various wastes into a useful product and can be used both for processing oil sludges and/or acid sludge, and waste paper production, secondary paper raw materials, pulverized wood processing wastes, lime, limestone, diatomite, other dust to produce output commodity product, which can be used as construction material, easily transported. During combined processing of oil sludge and/or acid sludge with paper box to produce granulated construction filler, they are mixed. Oil sludge and/or acid sludge and paper scale, taken at ratio of 1:1 by weight, are mixed first in a mixer and then in a pelletizing granulator with removal of excess water to pasty state. Mineral dust wastes are added in amount of 10–20 % of the mixture weight and granulated. Obtained granules are dried. Mineral dust or lime dust is used as mineral dust wastes together with cement. Quantity of cement makes 0.2–2.0 % of weight of mixture. Sodium liquid glass is added in amount of 0.5–2.0 % of weight of mixture. Granulated construction filler is obtained using the method described above and is a product of co-processing oil sludge and/or acid sludge with a paper bag, taken in ratio of 1:1 by weight, contains mineral dust-like wastes - lime dust in amount of 10–20 % of mixture weight or lime dust and cement in amount of 10–20 % of mixture weight with addition of liquid glass in amount of 0.5–2.0 % of mixture weight.

EFFECT: technical result is wider range of technical and technological solutions for facilities for combined processing of petrochemical industry and pulp and paper to produce a useful product.
