FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: method of producing urethane material, which includes steps of: providing at least one isocyanate; providing at least one compound which is reactive with respect to the isocyanate, which is a polyol; providing a metallised polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane; mixing and conducting a reaction between said at least one isocyanate, at least one compound which is reactive with respect to the isocyanate, and said metallised polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane to obtain said urethane material, where said metallised polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane is a dimeric structure described by a general formula, where M is a metal which forms a 6-coordination metallic centre selected from zirconium; x=1; y=1; each R1O and R2O is independently an alkoxide which links said 6-coordination metallic centres with a bridge bond; each R3OH and R4OH is independently an alcohol ligand; each R5, R6, R7, R8 R9 R10, R11, R12, R13, R14, R15, R16, R17, R18 is selected from a group consisting of alkyl ligands. Also described is a reactive composition for producing urethane material, containing: at least one isocyanate; at least one compound which is reactive with respect to the isocyanate, which is a polyol; a metallised polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane described above.

EFFECT: obtaining a reactive composition with prolonged storage stability and reactivity.
