FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to methods for manufacturing polymers from polyisocyanates and isocyanate-reactionable substances. Invention is particularly applicable for manufacturing moulded polyurethane elastomers. Described method for obtaining polyisocyanate-based polymer, which includes obtaining reaction mixture, containing, at least, one polyisocyanate, at least, one compound, reactionable with respect to isocyanate, having, at least, two groups, reactionable with respect to isocyanate, and representing polyol, and, at least, one copper-containing catalyst, and the following hardening of reaction mixture with obtaining polymer, where copper-containing catalyst contains, at least, one copper atom, associated with polydentate organic ligand, which contains, at least, two complex-forming centres, at least, one of which is nitrogen-containing, where ligand represents a) α-aminohydroxyl-containing compound or α-iminohydroxyl-containing compound, which has structure I, where R5 represents group, bound with said nitrogen atom via atom of carbon, oxygen, nitrogen or silicon, and each of R1 and R3, independently represents hydrogen or group, which is bound with said carbon atom by means of atom of carbon, oxygen, nitrogen or silicon on condition that group R1 and group R3 can together form divalent group, which is bound with said carbon atoms via atoms of carbon, oxygen, nitrogen and/or silicon, and each R4, independently represents hydrogen or group, which is bound with said nitrogen atom by means of atom of carbon, oxygen, nitrogen or silicon, additionally on condition that in structure I group R4 and group R5 can together form divalent group, which is bound with said nitrogen atom via atoms of carbon, oxygen, nitrogen and/or silicon, and additionally on condition that group R3 and group R5 can together form divalent group, which is bound with said carbon atom and with said nitrogen atom via atoms of carbon, oxygen, nitrogen and/or silicon; b) β-aminoalcohol or enol; c) β-iminoalcohol or enol; d) β-enaminoalcohol; e) β-amino-ketocompound, or β-enamino-ketocompound, or ester compound; f) β-diketiminate compound; or g) β-diamine compound. .

EFFECT: obtaining catalytic system, providing properties of organomercury catalysts, including desirable solidification profile, formation of good properties in product and good surface outlook.
