SUBSTANCE: compound has the formula Zn(L)x(Y)2-x, where x is 2, Y is a ligand with a single negative charge, and L is a ligand of formula 
where R1 and R2 independently of one another are hydrogen, C1-C10 alkyl or C6 aryl or together form a bivalent residue of formula –(CH2)n-,where n = from 3 to 6, C5 cycloalkyl, R3 and R4 independently of one another are C1-C12 alkyl, C3-C6 cycloalkyl, or C1-C4 alkyl ether. Herewith this complex zinc compound (II) is not Zn (II) chelate and 2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-[N-n-butylamine-N(1',3'-dioxobutyl)]piperidine-enolate. A method of producing a complex compound, its use, a two-component polyurethane composition and its use are also provided.
EFFECT: complex zinc compound is used as a catalyst for the curable compositions and makes it possible to produce transparent homogeneous two-component polyurethane compositions that have a relatively short film formation time, are cured without bubbles to produce a material with a relatively high strength and satisfactory resistance.
