FIELD: aircraft engineering.

SUBSTANCE: this process allows the control over ground motion of observation area represented by runways, taxiways and mobile objects parking lots. On the basis of reception and processing of data from observation means, meteorological data, data from mobile objects and control terminals a virtual 3D model of observation area is displayed in a definite way in 3D format to terrain relief, obstacles, path routes, and parking lots. Said virtual 3D models of mobile objects associated via communication channels and data transfer channels with actual objects. Virtual reality is analyzed with allowance for criteria of contention origination probabilities and their indication in a definite way on the display. Models of mobile objects are controlled in manual mode while required instructions are transmitted by dispatcher tactile jobs on the display. Proposed device comprises server, computer processor, device for data reception, processing and display on monitor sensor screen.

EFFECT: safe displacement at airfield.
