SUBSTANCE: for controlling traffic at the aerodrome, monitoring of the actual situation at the aerodrome is carried out in the current real-time mode on the basis of the received information via digital communication channels from ground and mobile objects, the received data are processed, the forecasted danger of mobile objects is assessed, the actual and forecasted situation at the aerodrome is analyzed, a three-dimensional virtual model of the real situation at the aerodrome is formed with visualization of mobile and fixed objects on the screen with the possibility of touch control, the movement of mobile objects is controlled in a step-by-step mode with the formation and transfer of the control commands, the execution of control commands on the display on the screen is monitored. The device comprises an information input/output server comprising a receiving and transmitting device, an electronic computing means for processing data, a visualization and control device in the form of a monitor with a screen and a touch control system.
EFFECT: increasing the security at the aerodrome due to the indication of the situation and due to the possibility of influencing the dispatcher in real time.
