The system for the support of stretchers for a vehicle, with the said system for the support of stretchers containing a set of a bearing lever for the support of stretchers in the horizontal position, with the set of the bearing lever containing a regulated set of a hook at the free end of the set of the bearing lever, with the regulated set of the hook having an open position and closed position, and the regulated set of the hook contains a system of a ratchet, which closes the set of the hook between the open position and closed position.
