SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a packing bag for packing of viscous jelly and/or sauce based products which can be subjected to heat treatment, pasteurization, or pouring in hot or aseptic conditions. The packing bag is made of flexible one- or multilayered film for packing of viscous jelly and/or sauce-based products which can be subjected to heat treatment, pasteurization, or pouring in hot or aseptic conditions, while the surface layer of the film forming the internal walls of the bag or surface coating on the film contacting to foodstuff contains the substance effecting the surface tension of the surface coating on the layer so that it amounts 24 mN/m or less, and internal walls of the bag contacting to foodstuff gain high-flowing properties, and the named substance consists of: grafted copolymer of polyolefin with acrylic copolymer in the main chain, or the grafted copolymer of acrylic copolymer with polysiloxane, or the grafted polysiloxane/polyolefin copolymer, or block structure, or micro-dispersive ultrahigh-molecular siloxane polymer with dominating average size of particles 5 mcm.

EFFECT: invention allows to implement a bag for packing of viscous jelly or sauce based products, and also to reduce losses of product during filling and risk of deterioration of product safety.
