FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of aluminium nitride ceramic parts of flat configuration produced by casting of ceramic slutty on moving belt. It can be used for improvement of mechanical properties and in creasing of the yield of ceramic products after their baking. Heat-treatment is realized in two steps. First, plates of porous graphite-like boron nitride are laid on both sides of the parts. Note here that porosity of plates makes 3-7%. At first step, heat treatment is performed in air medium at 500-600°C. Then, parts are placed in high-temperature chamber to be evacuated to 0.002 MPa. Then, heat treatment is performed in medium of pure nitrogen at 0.15-0.20 MPa and 1650-1850°C for 2-3 hours with subsequent cooling down. Heating and cooling rate at 1500-1850°C may not exceed 30°C/h while said rate in the range of 500-1500°C makes 300°C/h.
EFFECT: decreased deformability, higher mechanical properties.
