FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: claimed invention can be used in production of large-size sandwiched materials used in nuclear, oil-and-gas and chemical industries and ship building. To up adhesion between metal plates from different materials, mid 30-40 mcm deep layer is applied on fixed plate by cold gas-dynamic spraying. Prior to spraying of mid layer, plate surface is pre-processed by abrasive process. Mid layer composition is selected subject to material of bonded plates proceeding from mutual diffusion of metals at contact point. Metal of bonded plates represents Al, Zn, Cu, Ni, Ti, Co, Fe, Ag and alloys based thereon. Sprayed metal of represents Al, Zn, Cu, Ni, Ti, Co, Fe, Ag and alloys based thereon.

EFFECT: solid joint of layers corresponding to 1st class as per Specs GOST 22727 strength of bond bonded layers of 300-400 MPa, hence, 1,5 times higher than that of bimetals without sprayed layer.
