FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: proposed process comprises mixing of powders for preparation of material matrix and disperse powder of metal oxide, mechanical alloying of produced mix, compacting and tolling of obtained alloy. Powders are mixed to get the mix containing the metal oxide with its volume content of 1-3%, 18-21 wt % of chromium, 4.5-5.5 wt % of aluminium, 0.4-0.6 wt % of titanium, iron making the rest. Mechanical alloying is performed in high-power plant for grinding and mixing in protective atmosphere for 40-60 hours. Compaction is performed by hot extrusion at 1100-1250°C and drawing factor of 11-16. Produced alloy shaped to extruded bars is rolled in direction of extrusion at 950-1150°C and deformation factor of 15-20% in a pass.
EFFECT: composite with actual density making at least 96% of theoretical value, low porosity, higher strength and directed structure that features misalignment of grains of 30-40.
