SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical equipment and can be used in transformers. Machine (10) is intended for manufacturing punched plates (4) of magnet core (6). The plates are made of strip magnet material (2). The machine (10) comprises the first electromechanical cam actuator for actuation of a bending unit, which bends strip material (2) and the second electromechanical cam actuator for actuation of a cutting unit, which cuts strip material (2). The bending and cutting units are designed so that they can be actuated independently from each other between the uppermost and downmost positions. The bending unit may comprise bending platform (130) including the respective bending bar (150) for the purpose of strip material (2) bending. The cutting unit may comprise guillotine platform (230) including the respective upper cutting blade (245) interacting with the fixed lower blade (255) for the purpose of strip material (2) cutting. The electromechanical cam actuator may contain any appropriate electric actuator (100, 200), for example, an electric motor.
