FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: during manufacturing of the ring sound absorber comprising sound absorbing sections connected along the circle with each other, and casing cavity of the assembly accessory the wall prepreg of the section blank is arranged with fit to the bottom and ends of the casing cavity of the assembly accessory. Then on the prepreg of the arranged wall by one or more tiers the fillers are arranged in form of the elastic mandrels with located on them prepreg of the tubular elements, and on the later and parts of the transverse flanges the prepreg of the another wall of the section blank is laid, on it the lid of the assembly accessory is installed. Prepregs of the transverse flanges are clamped with partial reduction of the filler between the lid and casing of the assembly accessory. The obtained assembly is installed in the oven, and after prepreg solidification is removed from the oven, the obtained section blank is removed from the assembly accessory. The elastic mandrels out of tubular elements are removed, the flange ends of the section blank are machined with opening of the mating holes in them and sides of the section blank. On the sides of the section blank U-shape cover plates are installed. The tract wall of the section blank is perforated with adjacent tubular elements. Sound absorber is assembled out of sound absorbing sections, they are secured along the circle with each other by flanges on ring frames, and/or by cover plates between the adjacent sections.
EFFECT: invention reduces labour intensity of manufacturing of the sound absorber of the turbo-jet engine, increases its reparability.
