FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: method of burning of furnace gases in vertical chamber furnace comprises supply of fuel-air mixture via the burners in the vertical combustion chamber with displacement relatively to its central line, reduced temperature through the chamber height, and exhaust of the hot furnace gases, in it from the top zone of the vertical chamber some furnace gases are exhausted for cooling downwards by means of the vertically installed in its central zone hollow double height water cooled screen (shell), and cooled furnace gases are directed to the bottom zone of the chamber for mixing with the furnace gases supplied from the burners of the bottom strake, ensuring recirculation of the furnace gases, and catching of the fuel particles falling down from the ring zone of the combustion chamber, and their delivery for after-burning. The vertical chamber furnace contains ring combustion chamber made by the coaxial hollow tanks, with burners located on the external hollow tank, is equipped with the internal hollow tank, made as two-height screen (shell) for the furnace gases recirculation, and having top and bottom funnels located in the combustion chamber.
EFFECT: invention facilitates reduction of the furnace gases temperature in active combustion zone, increased heat exchange of the furnace and its contamination decreasing.
