Multiplexing method of data symbols and control symbols of at least one code word at multiple levels of MIMO includes determination of number of control symbols for each of multiple MIMO levels by means of configuration of the rank dependable variable displacement of the code word.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of signals processing upon diversity reception and multiplexing of the control signals to multiple MIMO levels based on type, requirements and character of the control information.
