SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a wireless communication system. Invention discloses the terminal device that uses a plurality of different layers to transmit two codewords in which the control information is placed. Invention comprises: a resource amount determination unit (204) which, based on the lower rate of the coding rates of these two codewords or based on the average value of the inverse coding rate values of these two codewords, determines the values of the control information resources at the respective levels from the plurality of layers; and a transport signal generating unit (205) that places in these two codewords the control information modulated using the resource values, thereby forming a transport signal.
EFFECT: invention is intended to prevent deterioration of reception quality of control information even in the case of the SU-MIMO transmission system.
