FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: absorbing element, divided into three parts in the longitudinal direction, includes the first absorbing part as the middle part, the second absorbing part, which is divided into one side of the first absorbing part, and the third absorbing part, which is divided into another side of the first absorbing part, with each of the absorbing parts containing a section of receiving a flowing medium layer for the absorption of a flowing medium and diffusion of the flowing medium in the planar direction; multiple projecting sections for storing the absorbable flowing medium for the absorption and accumulation of the flowing medium, which are continuous with the section receiving the flowing medium and are independently placed on the surface of one side of the section of the layer receiving the flowing medium; and concave portions, which are concave in the form of grooves on one surface or on facing each other positions of both surfaces, with the concave surfaces being placed between the projecting sections for the storage of the absorbable flowing medium, the first concave sections, located on the first absorbing part, are placed inside the external edges of the first absorbing part on top view and are placed in the longitudinal direction, the second and third concave sections, located on respective second and third absorbing parts, are respectively located in directions, oriented at an angle relative to the longitudinal direction, the first and second concave sections and the first and third concave sections are formed as continuous concave sections or the first concave sections are at a distance from the second concave sections and third concave sections, with protruding sections for the storage of the absorbable flowing medium occupying the higher portion of the area than the ratio of the area of the concave sections, and the section of the layer receiving the flowing medium at lower parts of the concave sections has a smaller basic weight and density than the basic weight and density of the projecting sections for the storage of the absorbable flowing medium.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of absorption.
