SUBSTANCE: proposed manufacturing method is a method for manufacturing an absorbent element (1) by parallel execution of the manufacturing stage of the first absorbent core, including the first water-absorbing polymer (3P), and the manufacturing stage of the second absorbent core, including the second water-absorbing polymer (4P), and superimposing the first absorbent core (3) and the second absorbent core (4) obtained through these steps. The manufacturing stage of the first absorbent core (3) includes the operation of continuous supply of the first water-absorbing polymer (3P). The manufacturing stage of the second absorbent core (4) includes the operation of periodically feeding the second water-absorbing polymer (4P) to the base sheet by continuously feeding the second water-absorbing polymer (4P) and periodically removing the second water-absorbing polymer (4P), supplied continuously, during this process. The second water-absorbing polymer (4P), taken away at the manufacturing stage of the second absorbent core, is captured and transferred to the continuous feeding operation provided for at the manufacturing stage of the first absorbent core, as the captured second water-absorbing polymer (4P1).
EFFECT: expansion of the range of methods for absorbent manufacturing.
