FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention represents compact frequency high-voltage impulse generator made as per Marx scheme, containing capacitor stages in the form of in-series connected layers consisting of flat capacitors of rectangular cross section with two-sided arrangement of outputs; layers are arranged perpendicular to axis of cylindrical housing; dielectric gaskets are installed between layers; the above layers are in-series connected with flat metal buses, and output buses of all stages are located on one side of longitudinal axis of cylindrical housing; dielectric structure in the form of flanges for installation of capacitor stages and side walls; charging chokes in the form of single-layered coils and separating metal discs arranged on insulating pipes installed on dielectric pins; collet connections between discs and output buses of stages; spark dischargers in the form of two columns of cylindrical design, which have coaxially located metal discs with through holes and separating insulators with rubber seals and central through holes; at that, in the middle of every second insulator there installed by means of radial bar with rubber seal is intermediate electrode in the form of cylindrical shell, and on one side of each disc there installed are coaxial cylindrical rounded electrodes facing the intermediate electrode. At that, discharging columns are arranged in the space between capacitor stages and housing on the side of output buses of capacitor stages and symmetrically relative to the middle of stages, and their axes are offset from axis of generator housing at equal distance; cylindrical housing with cable and gas inputs on lower flange; output high-voltage insulator of disc design with high-voltage electrode of capacitive voltage transformer in the form of closed metal foil located on outer generatrix of insulator surface.
EFFECT: increasing generator capacity at the specified dimensions and value of the stored energy.
