FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to versions of epoxy compositions, used as binding agent for reinforced plastics. In accordance with one version epoxy composition of hot curing for manufacturing reinforced plastics includes epoxy oligomer, curing agent, catalyst of polymerisation reaction 2,4,6-tris(dimethylaminomethyl)phenol and terpene phenolic stabiliser. As oligomer it contains resin ED-20. As stabiliser it contains terpene phenolic compound 4,6-diisobornyl-1,3-dihydroxybenzene (TP), or 4-dimethylaminomethyl-6-methyl-2-isobornylphenol (1-TAP), or 4-dimethylaminomethyl-2,6-diisobornylphenol (2-TAP), combining structures of terpene, amine and phenol classes. In second version composition contains ECD resin as oligomer, and terpene phenolic compound 4,6-diisobornyl-1,3-dihydroxybenzene (TP), or 4-dimethylaminomethyl-6-methyl-2-isobornylphanol (1-TAP), or 4-dimethylaminomethyl-2,6-diisobornylphenol (2-TAP).
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase physical-mechanical characteristics and resistance to thermal ageing of epoxy composition, applied in production of glass-reinforced plastics.
