FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: lubricant device for gear transmission contains the auxiliary lubricant gear wheel, installed on an axis, fixed in the transmission housing, immersed into the oil bath and engaged with the wheel of high-speed stage of transmission located above it. The auxiliary gear wheel is designed as composite, consisting of separate several gear wheels, identical to each other. The gear wheels are installed on the same axis and spaced along the width of the gear rim of the wheel to be greased. The total sum of values of width of all separate gear wheels doesn't exceed the rated width of one integral lubricant gear wheel.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of lubrication.
