FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to lubricate the high-speed stages of multiple gearing with crankcase lubrication by means of auxiliary lubricating pinions. Lubricating device of gearing contains secondary lubricating pinion made as composite, comprising several individual identical pinions fitted on common axis spaced apart along width of the toothed rim of the lubricated wheel. Total width of all individual pinions does not exceed preset width of one solid lubricating pinion. Between gears, coaxially with them, the inserts are installed in the form of cylinders with diameter larger than the diameter of the gear. On the axes of the inserts there are through holes for free rotation of axis, while the inserts are rigidly secured on the gearing housing. Inserts are installed with gaps relative to end faces of gears, while their top parts are cut so that gaps between them and lubricated tooth-wheel are formed. At external end faces of extreme gears screens are located in the form of discs with diameter equal to that of the inserts, discs are installed with gaps relative to end faces of gears and ends of the lubricated tooth-wheel, there are central holes for axis, and the shields are rigidly secured on the gearing housing.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of lubrication.
