FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: lubricating device of gear transmission contains secondary lubricating pinion immersed in oil bath and engaged with above located wheel of high-speed stage of gearing. At each end of secondary lubricating pinion, coaxially with it a cylindrical ring is rigidly installed, it has outside diameter equal to diameter of dedendum circle of secondary lubricating pinion. Ends of the cylindrical rings inverse to ends of secondary lubricating pinion have disk blind plugs. Total width of the toothed rim of secondary lubricating pinion and pair of cylindrical rings is proportional to width of the toothed rim of the lubricated wheel; and on surfaces of the cylindrical wheels, along their circles the grooves are made oriented parallel to axis of rotation of secondary lubricating pinion.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of lubrication.
