FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: lubricating device of gearing contains secondary lubricating pinion installed on axle immersed in the oil bath, located in the gearing housing, and engaged with above located lubricated tooth-wheel of high-speed stage of gearing. The secondary lubricating pinion is made composite, comprising several individual identical pinions secured on same axle and distributed along width of the toothed rim of the lubricated wheel. Total width of all individual pinions does not exceed the design width of one solid secondary lubricating pinion. Between the individual pinions and coaxially with them the inserts are installed in form of cylinders with diameter exceeding the diameter of the individual pinions, along axis of the inserts the through holes are made for axle free rotation, and the inserts are rigidly secured on the gearing housing. The inserts are installed with clearance relatively to the end faces of the individual pinions, and their top parts are cur off creating clearances between them and lubricated tooth-wheel. At external end faces of the extreme individual pinions there are screens in form of disks made and installed similarly to the inserts.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of lubrication.
