SUBSTANCE: technological web comprises a piece of fabric or nonwoven material, or paper, or film with longitudinal and transverse edges, having in a stretched state the rectangle or parallelogram shape with an acute angle between the longitudinal and transverse edges of 5-90°. On the piece of fabric or nonwoven material, or paper, or film parallel to the longitudinal edges and equidistant from each other the flexible rollers of rectangular or circular cross section are fixed, with the length equal to or shorter than the piece length. The hooks are attached on one or both longitudinal edges of the piece of fabric or nonwoven material, or paper, or film.

EFFECT: reduced labour intensity, and improved quality of manufacturing rubber-rope belts.
