SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power industry. The invention proposes a system operating as per a Rankine cycle, containing a heater that can perform circulation of a working fluid medium at heat exchange with hot fluid medium to provide evaporation of the above working medium. A hot system is connected to the heater. The hot system includes the first heat exchanger that can perform circulation of the first vaporous flow of the fluid medium from the heater at heat exchange with the first condensed flow of the working fluid medium to provide heating of the above first flow. A cold system is connected to the heater and to the hot system. The cold system includes the second heat exchanger that can perform circulation of the second vaporous flow of the working fluid medium from the first system at heat exchange with the second condensed flow of the working fluid medium to provide heating of the above second flow (40) before it is supplied to the heater.

EFFECT: invention allows improving operating efficiency of the system.
