FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the vane rotary pneumatic (hydraulic) engine intended for rotation of executive mechanisms, and also used as joints in walking machines and robots. The engine housing is implemented separate and consists of several or, at least, one working chamber united by means of adjusting rings (2), spacers (6) and/or bandage (8) in an integrated detail. Each working chamber is formed by the working chamber cover (4) which is based on rotation bearings (9) of the shaft, and two sidewalls (5) enclosing the working chamber from end faces of the cover (4). The space between adjacent sidewalls (5) is poured with a compound. The engine rotor (3) consists of the shaft with grooves and vanes, at least, one which are installed and fixed in shaft grooves. In the method of assembly of the vane rotary engine with separate housing the engine rotor (3) is assembled first and then around each vane the working chamber is formed by means of the cover (4) and two sidewalls (5). Adjacent walls (5) of working chambers are detached among themselves by spacers (6), and the space between them can be filled with a compound.
EFFECT: group of inventions is aimed at simplification of creation of powerful multi-vane engines and reduction of their specific weight.
