The upper horizontal disc is rigidly connected to the housing and coaxial spiral shells, the lower horizontal disc is mounted with the gap to the coaxial spiral shells, is fixed on the drive shaft and is made hollow, the inner cavity of the lower disc is connected to the pipes for supplying and discharging the liquid, the upper surface of the lower horizontal disc is made perforated and has a porous coating of elastic material.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of processes of mixing and processing of granular material with small amounts of liquid.
